Berkshire based property developer Rivar Homes came to us to help them create the brand identity and brochure for their beautiful new housing development in Wantage.

For a bespoke development of 14 individual homes, we were asked to assist in creating a brand that was both sympathetic to the nature of the new homes as well as being representative of the location.

Symbol of Wantage

Wantage is a historical town in Oxfordshire, famous for being the birthplace of King Alfred the Great in the Anglo Saxon era. His statue which stands proudly in the town centre seemed to be a logical and iconic centre point to use for the branding of Broadwater Place; which is situated just moments away.

Our designers carefully set about drawing an illutrated version of the statue, pairing it with an elegant serif word mark formed the new logo.

Bringing homes to life

The stunning CGI imagery we had produced shows off the beautiful new homes and their surroundings. It was important that these were high quality and entirely representative of the development as the majority of the properies will be sold off-plan. Coupled with detailed floorplans and an overall 3D rendered siteplan, the brochure content gives buyers an incredible sense of the finished development; before even a single brick had been laid.

Devil in the detail

As an end-to-end project we also took care of the copywriting and print. We selected the papers and finishes of the brochure to ensure a high quality look and feel; reflective of the homes themselves. This included a nicely weighted textured matte paper stock and elegant finishes including gold foiling on the front and back covers.
