Each Telford Homes development has its own microsite. These sites serve as a key sales tool, demonstrating the key features of each development to engage potential buyers to see Telford Homes beautiful new apartments.
Theses bespoke Wordpress websites were designed with usability and responsiveness in mind. Analytics data showed that a large proportion of customers were browsing on mobile devices; with this in mind a flawless and engaging cross platform experience was delivered through the use of a mobile first approach.

Unique approach
Each Telford Homes development has its own distinctive brand. It was a crucial project requirement that each microsite embrace the look and feel of each of these brands; which was distinct and separate from the Telford Homes brand.
Template for success
In order to serve Telford Homes ever growing portfolio of developments, and deliver a consistent user journey, the website experiences needed to be unified across all their developments. To do this we created a bespoke Wordpress website template that could work for all manner of developments.
Style & substance
In order to overcome previous issues with searchability and plot identification, the team overhauled the new homes sections of the sites; by developing key search functions and introducing an apartment browse tool with bespoke filter functionality that allows the customer to easily refine their search results.
