One of the largest companies in the UK developing specialist properties for assisted living, Sunrise needed a website to reflect the quality of their properties and to advertise their acquisition programme. The site has been designed with flash elements that are updated in sympathy with the latest advertising campaigns. The site has an on-going optimisation programme to ensure good ranking within the major search engines.

The Sunrise Senior Living advertising campaigns were designed to make potential land owners consider selling to Sunrise instead of other types of developers. The campaign was spread through 2007 in national property magazines on a weekly basis, as well as key newspapers when support editorials suited.
